"It was very enjoyable and fun working with everyone; there was great chemistry. It was just about reactivating everything. They had a clear understanding of who their characters were. Filming is always a challenge, and here, the challenge was capturing the essence of boxing. We wanted to be very rigorous and pay homage to Mexican boxing. We have a couple of big, complex fights, and we had a lot of coaching and choreography."
